Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Things worth knowing.
Is the first analysis really free? Do you need a card?
Yes — fully free. The app grants 1 analysis credit on first launch. No card, no account, no email required. Drop in a chat, choose your lens, get the reading.
What's the difference between credits and a subscription?
Credits are pay-as-you-go — each credit is one analysis, credits never expire, no recurring charge. A subscription is unlimited analyses while it's active, plus the Insight Library, PDF export, and early access to new lenses. Pick credits if you want the app for a specific moment; pick a subscription if you'll come back to it across the year.
If I cancel the subscription, do I lose my past readings?
No. Every reading you've already generated stays on your iPhone, forever. Cancelling just means you stop being able to generate new readings on the unlimited plan. Subscription-only features (Insight Library, PDF export) pause until you resubscribe.
Can I switch between credits and subscription?
Yes. You can cancel a subscription anytime in iPhone Settings and start using credits instead. Any credit balance you bought separately is unaffected — credits stack with subscriptions and survive cancellation.
Does one credit = one chat? Or one lens?
One credit = one full analysis (one chat × one lens). If you want to re-analyse the same chat through a second lens — say you ran Romantic and now want Self too — that's a second analysis. Subscribers get this re-analysis included; credit users spend one credit per re-run.
Why is the yearly plan "two months free" instead of, say, fifteen percent off?
Because that's the honest math. $9.99 × 12 = $119.88. The yearly plan is $99.99 — saving you $19.89, or two months. We didn't want to dress it up as a bigger discount than it is.
Are prices in USD only?
USD is the reference price. Apple's App Store automatically displays the equivalent amount in your local currency (€, £, ₽, etc.) at checkout, using its standard pricing tiers.
Refunds?
All purchases run through Apple's standard refund process. If something genuinely went wrong — a reading didn't generate, credits didn't deliver — submit a support request to Apple and we'll work with them to resolve it.
